Trial Period & Subscription

New users begin with a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial. After the trial ends, users will be invited to subscribe via Paddle in order to continue using the service.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by our partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Thanks to the 30-day free trial, you can try our service without any risk. Once a paid subscription is started via Paddle, refunds are generally not available. In case of technical issues or mistaken charges, please contact us within 14 days at info@whofeedsthecat.app. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
